I want to use azure blob storage as external preaggregation storage
I have preaggregation types rollup and original sql
Please reply with a sample docker compose file and a env file and also share links or resources which might help me

Azure Blob Storage is only supported in Cube Cloud for Enterprise+ customers: https://cube.dev/docs/product/caching/running-in-production#persistent-storage. It is not supported in Cube Core, so no sample Docker Compose file can be provided.

My plan is to use MinIO as an S3-compatible layer backed by Azure Blob Storage (MinIO gateway / Azure backend). From Cube’s perspective, it would still talk to MinIO via the S3 API.

Would this setup be considered supported/reasonable for Cube Core in production, or is any form of Azure-backed persistent storage (even via MinIO) still unsupported outside Cube Cloud Enterprise+?

I believe there are some success stories with MinIO across the Cube Core community but this is not something that I would actively recommend. We have some known workarounds for some cases in the docs though: https://cube.dev/docs/product/caching/running-in-production#minio

You might want to go the slack.cube.dev to the #self-hosting channel to explore the experience with MinIO deeper.
