[Dodge] Bluetooth try to connect everytime the screen is unlocked

Bug description

Since the 20th april 2026 update, bluetooth act weirdly on my device.

Everytime I unlock the lock screen, it tries to connect to every devices (including one that I've disconnected because I don't want to use them ATM)

So that means that I always have to or disable bluetooth, or always disconnect my devices after unlocking the screen.

This also affect others people living with me as for instance, a bluetooth speaker will also try to connect and disconnect the person using it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have any device paired
2. disconnect it
3. lock the screen
4. wait until device goes to doze
5. unlock the screen
