[Request]: Separate X and Y values for Input Shaping

What would you like implemented?

Marlin 2.1.x implements separate values for X and Y input shaping frequencies and damping parameters. It would be great if the two separate values were shown and stored.

I am not sure I'll be able to get to this any time soon. I'd love to have it in the plugin though, it does make sense. If anyone would like to contribute it, then I'll be happy to merge the PR & cut a release. I just don't have time to work it out and test everything myself.
