Use local time instead of UTC/GMT for logging timestamp

### Short description

The timestamp of the log is now UTC/GMT, and I want it to be local time for convienient reading.

### What problem does this solve?

Log timestamp does not use local time, not intuitive

### Proposed solution

Change it to local time, or provide a configuration switch.
