BREAKING: Add `--version` back and deprecate `cz version --comitizen` which is the default for `cz version`

Description

cz version is evolving into a more complete version explorer.
The problem is that right now, you need to provide a --project flag, otherwise you get commitizen's version.
We would like to make it the default.

Possible Solution

1. Add --version back, which outputs commitizen's version.
2. BREAKING PART: Remove cz version --comitizen and make cz version default to --project (keep --project for backwards compatibility)
3. BREAKING PART 2: Remove --project (optional, we could just document that it's a legacy flag, to prevent people from changing their workflows)
