Integrate django-health-check with a dashboard app

Hello, is there any documentation on how to integrate this aopp to grafana/prometheus? I would also like to hear if anyone has done something equivalent.

Interesting idea. I wouldn't know how to do this yet.

FYI: We have RSS and ATOM support in version 4.

@JPaulMora #565 looks pretty solid in terms of implementation. However, I can't judge the documentation, since I don't use Prometheus. Would you care to check out the branch and validate the new feature? With your feedback, I am sure we can go ahead and release a openmetic endpoint.
