Inconsistency in settings name

Hi dear maintainer,

It seems that all settings are starting from HEALTH_CHECK and also I have found one HEALTHCHECK_CACHE_KEY which is a little bit standing out.

It would be nice to have one format for everything. At the same time it would be nice to "namespace" everything under HEALTH_CHECK maybe?

Yes, that is annoying. We need to rework settings properly.

Would you care to give it a try? Maybe consider isolating contrib settings, and I generally prefer dictionaries (which are also more and more adopted in Django itself).
