What should the resource manage?

We already support webstorm by Intellij and most of their IDEs have the same installation and configuration steps.

Can you research what the individual installation differences are between each IDE?

But overall create resources for each individual IDE by Jetbrains.

Use the existing webstorm resource as a reference. You may need to refactor somethings to share code between all of the resources since they are so similar.

Also it seems that the plugins differ between each IDE so the same completions cannot be shared between each.

Let's support: idea, clion, pycharm, rust rover, IDEA ultimate, Phpstorm, Goland, Rider, Ruby mine. Is there any I'm missing?
