Do not hardcode post types in the user statistics sidebar

Noticed due to #1935 - our post types are configurable, but we have them hardcoded in the user statistics sidebar. While the list itself is not a big deal at least for the time being, the fact that post type ids and names are fully hardcoded is a more pressing concern.

Questions, answers, and articles are baked into the code, and configurable post types (like wiki) came later. This means this profile section can't account for all posts (or votes), which is bad. Maybe we want to enumerate (could introduce other problems) or maybe we want "other" or maybe something else... see #467. (I'm not marking this as a dupe because it sounds like there's a more immediate issue here before we get to the full fix?)

Oh, thanks for pointing me to that issue - yeah, this one is more about hardcoded post type ids / names, which we can easily solve separately from making the list itself dynamic. Added it and the one you linked as subissues to a new umbrella one
