test(dont-fragment): simplify and consolidate query notification tests

Refactored the dont-fragment-query-notification.test.ts file to reduce redundancy and improve clarity by consolidating 14 tests into 4 comprehensive ones that cover wildcard queries, exclusive relations, non-exclusive relations, and false positive filtering.
