This issue covers the implementation of the "Their Testimony" tab on the Legislator Profile.

Success Criteria

• Implement the "Their Testimony" tab, including:
  • Disclaimer Box
  • Most Recent (4) Testimonies by the Legislator
    • Testimony data should be accessible in the same way as on a regular profile page.
    • Only needs to show testimony from the current legislative session

Hi @Mephistic, I'd like to work on this issue. Can you assign to me. I’ll implement the "Their Testimony" tab following the existing testimony/profile patterns and keep the PR scoped only to the requested functionality.

Implemented this in #2134 .

The PR adds the "Their Testimony" tab to legislator profiles using the existing testimony hooks/components while limiting results to the 4 most recent testimonies from the current legislative session.
