significant delay in GitHub PR comment #274

When using the javascript bundle analysis tool, there is a significant delay in posting the PR comment on GitHub.
Here are several examples where the PR comment was posted hours after I merged the actual PR. All the checks were completed when I merged, except the bundle analysis comment.

- build(arch): enhanced arch support for linux build script LizardByte/Sunshine#4595
- fix(linux): added support for logical screen size with zxdg_output_v1 LizardByte/Sunshine#4594
- fix(macos/input): Fix handling of mouse wheel scroll events LizardByte/Sunshine#4592
TIP: when viewing the comments, you have hover over the relative time, to see the actual time.
I also use the codecov GitHub action for coverage and test results, and it should be noted that there are no noticeable delays when the comment from that action is posted.
