CodeMaid "Third Party" Trigger ReSharper Cleanup wont work with R# 2026.1

When I try to select Run JetBrains ReSharper Cleanup in the Options dialog under the Third Party category, the checkbox is grayed out like shown:

And, when I click the Cleanup Open Document command, it does the CodeMaid cleanup pass, but does not activate ReSharper.

This happened once I upgraded to R# 2026.1. Please fix. Thanks!
