Submission failing due to bad or empty zip file

I am testing submissions for a competition I'm developing and keep running into an error with the submission failing because of a bad or empty zip file. I've looked at the zip file and do not think there is an issue. It is 3.86GB zipped and I suspect the size might be causing an issue. I tried running a dummy submission that is smaller (1.7 GB) and those files do not throw the same error.

This seems to indicate that the problem is indeed the size.

Is your network connection stable?

Is there any chance you can make the challenge with smaller submissions? (I understand that it can be crucial for the task here)

Also, where are you located? Note that Codabench server is located in Paris region, France. This can have an impact too.

Yes, I tried on a fast and stable network connection and still ran into the same issues. I'm located in Seattle, WA.
