[EPIC] Embedded Perses into Greenhouse

Context

For own overview and monitoring purposes, Perses can be embedded in the Greenhouse dashboard. This should only show Greenhouse's own resources such as central cluster and remote cluster status in the first draft. It should not be a full Plutono style dashboard, just aggregated information in one view.

Acceptance criteria

1. Working with the UI team to select the location
2. Defining the information to be displayed (cluster name, region, memory, RAM, CPU, alarms, Greenhouse core components, ...)
3. Identification of dependencies from where the data is to be obtained (e.g. global Thanos query)
4. Testing and verification
5. Documentation
