This repo has some useful tools/docs, but we probably don't need a separate repository for those.

Checklist:

• Import what we actually use to https://github.com/canonical/uss-tableflip or https://github.com/canonical/cloud-init, where it makes more sense
• Grep https://github.com/canonical/cloud-init https://github.com/canonical/uss-tableflip https://github.com/cloud-init/ubuntu-sru/ https://github.com/canonical/server-jenkins-jobs and update any URL pointing to this repo
• Ask @powersj if he knows about any other script/tool/metric/... pointing to this repo
• Delete the repo

Also heads up from Scott about utilities he still uses occasionally, let's ensure we migrate any functional scripts that are not present in uss-tableflip/scripts:
