Comments generation

Hi!
cimgui has comments generation with comments parameter passed to the generator.sh.
FOr some reason cimplot doesn't generate comments.
This would be helpful for binding users so that they don't need to search for implot documentation.

Just done.
It was nerver my intention to generate comments. It breaks some formatting for example.
Another option for documentation is taking location to redirect to original implot files.

It is just really convenient to have continue in json so that I can just put them above my functions.

You will need last cimgui for comments in functions
