[BUG] Problems with task completion status

Description

I created a new task, and then created a subtask under this task. After the subtask completed, the main task was automatically updated to "complete."

However, the actual situation is that only the subtask was completed; the entire task was not finished.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a task
Create a subtask under this task
Click "Complete Subtask"
The task is marked as fully completed

Expected Behavior

I believe that I should be the one to mark the main task as completed, rather than having the subtask update to complete and then mark the main task as completed as well.

Actual Behavior

Because I marked only one subtask as completed, I also marked the main task as completed.
