Showcase a small feed of cports commits

Similar to https://voidlinux.org/ `void-packages changes` it would be neat to have something similar for cports on https://chimera-linux.org/ so visitors of the site can at a glance see package updates etc are happening while there necessarily isn't new images/posts except from months ago.

Perhaps it could even be further improved to show e.g. `X days ago` of each individual commit
