Question: How to do checklists / items and templates?

Hi,
usually we do a Onboarding with a Jira-Ticket which contains 3 different checklists:

1. for the new team member
2. for a buddy / manager (eg. like setting up email address)
3. for the sysadmin
   Is there a way to create such a checklist with predefined items? Also maybe having different types of checklists?
   Eg. new team members need to sign certain HR forms (such as NDA, GDPR)

Yes, you can create sequences which include admin tasks (buddy/manager/sysadmin) and new hire tasks.
