Training

So far, I like what I see with Chief Onboarding.
The feedback/idea that I have is that limiting this to just Onboarding/Offboarding leaves out Training.

The system is well suited for assigning Training to existing employees as well.
Imagine some new employees have been Onboarded. Yet, a new Training is added to the organization, but most employees have already completed Onboarding. It would be ideal to be able to assign that new Training to employees.

I'd like to suggest that Sequences add Training
