feat: GPT-5.2 Variants for cost control, please!

Nice job adding 5.2 so quickly, gang!

I want to be able to choose between cost controls when I'm using Crush by selecting different models - the new GPT 5.2 has 3 subvariants that I need to be able to choose between to use the new model while respecting budgets.

The variants are:

• gpt-5.2-chat-latest: $
• gpt-5.2: $$
• gpt-5.2-pro: $$$

I don't know which model is currently implemented, I assume gpt-5.2, which is a bit expensive for certain tasks.

Thanks for the heads up! It looks like these are available in OpenRouter but definitely not on OpenAI as a provider. I'm going to transfer this issue to Catwalk where the change needs to happen.
