Changesets detected for workspaces not inside the PR

On one of my monorepos, I always have this bug where the bot enumerates workspaces not related at all with the PR changeset file

When my changeset in the PR only contain:

---
"@jolly-pixel/network": minor
---

Implement Node.js worker_threads support for Extension

Is this a known bug? Maybe a wrong configuration on my side?

I was not sure where to open the issue so I opened it here on the bot.
