Improve Select documentation

First of all, I would like to thank the whole team for creating this library. Its unbelievable how much easier it is to implement custom components with it

I would like to propose a few improvements in the select documentation:

• Usage in Popover or Dialog - I do understand the message there, but it doesn't give any examples or alternatives on how to build it inside a dialog/popover. All the examples above suggest using a Teleport/Portal. Is there any benefit to use Teleports? It seems to work fine without it
• HiddenSelect - All examples have it, but there is 0 documentation as to why is it necessary (or better yet, if it is necessary at all)

I'm willing to create a PR for it, but I'm still confused as to how to use it

Those are good points. We should definitely improve the docs to explain those use cases.
