# SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

### Terms of Use

This license permits you to use Portals (“Software”) at no cost in your own projects, whether they are personal or commercial, under the following conditions:

### 1. Grant of License

The author(s) (“Licensor”) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use this Software without modification for any lawful purpose. You are allowed to incorporate the Software into your projects and distribute those projects in executable form only.

### 2. No Derivatives

You may not:

- Modify, adapt, alter, translate, or create derivative works based on this Software.
- Disassemble, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Software’s source code.
- Create forks or redistribute modified versions of the Software.

### 3. No Redistribution of Core Code
