Task marked overdue one day early. Intentional? #1685

I’m trying to understand how TaskNotes evaluates due dates. If I create a task due tomorrow, I’m seeing it marked as overdue today. I expected it to only be overdue after the due date has fully passed. Is this intentional behavior? Is it configurable? I've attached an example screenshot
