I downloaded the project from releases, but I can't find the .exe installer for windows? can you please provide a step by step documentation? Thank you

Finally i fix this problem by using the claude code itself:

npm install -g pnpm
pnpm install 
pnpm turbo run build --filter=ui-tars-desktop
