CDN on jsdelivr.net for 4.0.0 is a wrong version

**Describe the bug**
The NPM package version 4.0.0 seem to be build with code of the version 3.2.2

**Expected behavior**
The version 4.0.0 should be up to date

**Additional context**
Several issues reported recently could be linked to this incorrect version, like issues around scanning or stopping devices/features
