[BUG] Save stuck with double warning on existing service name

Bug description:

When creating or saving a service with a name that already exists:

• A double warning popup is displayed
• The Save button remains greyed out and stuck in a loading state

Expected behavior:

• Only one warning popup is shown when the name already exists
• Save action must resolve cleanly (loading state cleared)
• If existing names are not allowed, the user should be able to correct the name and retry without the UI getting stuck
