When I'm looking at third party code, those files are analyzed and my problems tab quickly gets filled with errors in code that is outside of my control, which is useless for me and which makes it more difficult to find any relevant problems among the clutter.

That would require manually excluding a significant amount of files and folders for us, to the point of unbearable overload, since we only want to scan a single folder inside a master tree provided by composer scaffolding. We'd need to exclude each sibling and each parent folder siblings all the way to the root since there is no "excludePaths but not this one" option.

We have used the paths setting in phpstan.neon instead to target the analysis against the specific place. Would be great if the extension could check that the path is part of paths before running it.
