BrainVISA Build Infrastructure (BBI) is used to nightly build projects. It is now based on the soma-env project.

BBI nightly setup

When we want to setup BBI nightly, the following steps should be done:

ssh a-sac-ns-brainvisa@rosette
cd {{page.bbi_directory}}
git clone -b {{page.version}} --single-branch https://github.com/brainvisa/soma-env {{page.bbi_name}}
cd {{page.bbi_name}}
pixi run soma-env update
  • update bv_maker configuration
cat > conf/bv_maker.cfg <<EOF
[ source \$SOMA_ROOT/src ]
  soma-env
+ communication master \$SOMA_ROOT/src

[ build \$SOMA_ROOT/build ]
  default_steps = configure build doc
  make_options = -j\$NCPU

  build_type = Release

  clean_build = ON

  • add a crontab entry
