Cannot release to conda as blocked by xorq dependency

All dependencies of a package need to be present on conda for the package to be build. At present, xorq is not available on conda:

I had a look at the recipe for xorq today and it has a rust dependency which will make it quite hard to release on conda-forge

Progress toward this in v0.3.10 — PR #217 makes BSL core work with any ibis backend (Databricks, ClickHouse, MySQL, etc.) without requiring xorq wrapping, reducing the hard dependency surface.
