@typescript-eslint/eslint-pluginfrom 8.58.1 to 8.60.0 (minor).CI fails with
ERESOLVE: the plugin requires@typescript-eslint/parser@^8.60.0,but the parser is still on 8.59.3 in the project. Both packages must stay aligned.
