Add null to Maybe a schemas

+ Generate a schema for `a`
+ Generate a schema with the `null` type
+ Combine both schemas with a `oneOf` to emulate `Maybe a`
+ Follows behaviour of other `Maybe` instances, e.g., `ToJSON`
