I can not find these files: "model_master_final.pt" and "edge_weights_0714.npz"

It looks like this repo only maintains the melody-to-chord functionality. You can probabily find the two requested files in another repo https://github.com/zhaojw1998/AccoMontage, which maintains the melody+chord-to-accompaniment functionality.
