feat/fix: Follow up from #19

Describe what is it that you want:

It's just a follow up with #19, we now need to:

• Add scrollable to the vertical list of already picked user (it grows indefinitely if we let it, i.e.: if there are as much people for this)
• Implement suggestion: Change label to "Include" moderators/presenter rather than "Skip" #13 to make it all consistent;
