[convert] Periodic progress output

Hi,

Whenever I import multiple albums at once, converting all of them results in a rather long transcoding queue for my single-board computer. The current verbose output lets me know there are still convert operations going on but I have no idea of the progress.

Idea: have an option to output every 5 seconds something like this

[convert] 20% Finished item 10/51

I'd be glad to contribute this if some of you think it's a good fit
