Feature Request: Add EncryptionConfiguration for AWS::Serverless::StateMachine

CloudFormation supports EncryptionConfiguration for StepFunction StateMachine: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSCloudFormation/latest/TemplateReference/aws-properties-stepfunctions-statemachine-encryptionconfiguration.html

This allows to specify KMS CMK and is required to be used in Enterprise use-cases.

Add similar configuration to "AWS::Serverless::StateMachine"

Thank you for creating this issue! I am going to transfer this to aws/serverless-application-model which contains the logic and definitions for the actual serverless transform.

I've confirmed that this is not present in SAM-T. Based on the documentation it seems like it would be a pretty straightforward passthrough prop.
