agentcore deploy gets stuck when stack goes into ROLLBACK_FAILED

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Project
2. Add a resource like Gateway which has state-transitions in the deploy
3. Deploy the resource
4. Perform a destructive action that will make the Stack go into deleting while Gateway is still in creating
5. Stack goes into ROLLBACK_FAILED State
6. Observe TUI remains stuck

Expected Behavior

TUI should show the failure

Actual Behavior

TUI remains stuck
