Error Creating Issues

Describe the bug
When I try to create a new Jira issue in VS Code after clicking Create, an error appears: "Operation must be a string."

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Jira Work Items.'
2. Click on 'Create Jira Issue.'
3. Fill Up the Jira Work Item Form
4. Click on the Create button
5. See the error listed at the top of the form.

Expected behavior
In the prior version, after clicking the Create button, a new Jira issue was created.
