Describe the bug
The Atlassian VS Code extension does not offer a SSO sign-in option. There is no SSO option shown, so users cannot sign in via their org's single-sign-on.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Extension settings'
  2. Click on 'Authentication'

Expected behavior
A clear SSO sign-in option should be presented when the user tries to authenticate with their organization.
