Describe the bug
The Atlassian VS Code extension does not offer a SSO sign-in option. There is no SSO option shown, so users cannot sign in via their org's single-sign-on.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'Extension settings'
- Click on 'Authentication'
