Implement nested-dask reduce's "infer_nesting" kwarg

Feature request
In nested-dask v0.3.4, the "infer_nesting" kwarg was added to reduce: lincc-frameworks/nested-dask#90

Because it's default set to true, I believe this functionality will automatically be present in LSDB, however we should add it to the kwarg list to give users the appropriate description and the ability to turn it off.
