Rework Solution Button Icons

The icons used for settings and actions on the soutions page are IMHO not very intuitive:

For models

1. The edit icon should be the pen, as it is commonly used for it.
2. Setting the ARE URL makes sense per solution, but the WebACS and Grid URL should be a system-wide setting (maybe even hardcoded).
3. For the camera mouse there is also a solution settings page (app icon), maybe both settings pages could be combined.

For a grid

1. Editing does not make sense here
2. The ARE, WebACS, Grid settings don't make sense here
3. It's only possible to link to the main page of the grid. Only the app icon and the read more icon make sense.

Do you want an ARE URL setting per solution and on individual pages? Currently there is the "solution settings" page where one can configure settings related to "solutions".

OK, if they are actually system settings, then they should be moved to the settings dialog on the top right corner.

yes. Those solution settings should get the gear icon of the solution instead of the app icon.
The model edit icon should be the pen icon.

Grid

I think we should remove the edit icon and the settings icon here.

Eventually make the buttons bigger again, so that they can easliy be clicked with an AT device. You could also try to replace the icons with text buttons again.
