Add GlobalScale MOCHAbin board support

- Add board configuration for MOCHAbin
- Based on Marvell Armada 7040 SoC
- Support for 4GB and 8GB RAM variants
- Multi-gigabit networking support
-> network still buggy
- Tested with kernel 6.6.x
