Report execution in outer process doesn't work

SealServerManager--->Configuration--->Configure Server--->Report Scheduler Settings
I have set up:
Report Scheduler Mode--->Web Report Server (All platforms)
Execute In outer process--->True
IT DOESN'T WORK

Unexpected Scheduler Error:
Unable to execute in Outer Process. C:_dev\Seal-Report\Projects\SealTaskScheduler\bin\Debug\net8.0\SealTaskScheduler.exe was not found.

it looks like an installation problem, the message is clear. The project should not be compile in Debug to make it work.
