It was working fine in 4.0.1 and in 4.0.3 it crashes on LDPI devices.

I know that. Now i trying compile from aosp source and arco`s fixes from github CM9 4.0.1_r1 but i have some problems.

I've taken these files from android-4.0.1-rc1. Not yet sure if they are all five needed, mka is doing a bit stupid when I delete one and recompile (stupid as: it doesn't recompile Phone.apk). I'll try to figure it out later.
The changes in these files are minor (except from sip_settings_ui.xml, which is totally new). But I don't know how to make a file that only contains the lines that are different, as in the other overlay files. Guess I will see how to do it, once you have implemented it in your own repo :)

Works for me just by deleting:

packages/apps/Phone//res/drawable: dial_num_0_no_plus_wht.xml
and dial_num_1_no_vm_wht.xml

Not doing any more testing in case it breaks again.
