MFA Duplicate same functions

💭 Description

in the doc there is duplicate MFA functions both are same not single word difference so can some one remove it, so new user not get confused. LINK : https://appwrite.io/docs/references/cloud/client-android-kotlin/account#createMfaAuthenticator
