Functions Templates not working in 1.9.0 self-hosted

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Go to your 'Project Functions'
2. Click on 'Templates'
3. Open the devtools
4. See error

👍 Expected behavior

It should display the templates

👎 Actual Behavior

It throws :

Uncaught TypeError: can't access property "group", n().billingPlanDetails is undefined

🎲 Appwrite version

Different version (specify in environment)

Linux

🧱 Your Environment

Appwrite 1.9.0 with Console 7.8.37 to fix the same one the Auth Security ( #2958 )
