Update llmPredict to current implementation, remove benchmark files
Sync Java code with llm-benchmark branch: add retry design comment,
mock-based functional tests (testMockSinglePrompt, testMockBatchPrompts),
and minor fixes. Remove benchmark framework (scripts/staging/llm-bench/)
which lives in PR #2431.1 parent 5f23e56 commit e391dea
