CSP Tool - some missing settings

Not all the possible CSP settings are present.

For example:
connect-src
font-src
object-src
media-src
child-src
form-action

There are some others

You are more than welcome to add those. I've only included the ones we currently use, but not out of reason other than that was what I was looking at for this sample tool.
